Dunavant Development Company is an operating division within Dunavant Enterprises, Inc. and is responsible for the management of its hard asset equity investments, such as real estate and select operating companies.

DEI has over 40 years of experience in various real estate investments held within various business structures; including single ownership, joint ventures, partnerships (as limiteds and generals), as investment manager, broker/dealer, development manager, leverage and mezzanine financier, and/or construction manager. The real estate investments include single family and multi-family residential, office, manufacturing, flex office and warehouse, and industrial properties and developments.
